Mr. Siddiqui, President of SIMCO, has over 15 years of experience in traffic, civil and structural engineering. He has comprehensive experience in Construction Management, and has managed construction inspection projects for agencies such as the New York City Department of Design and Construction and the New York State Department of Transportation. He is also a Professional Member of ASCE and ASHE. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of New York and Connecticut, and has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from The City College of New York.<\/p>\n

Mr. Hoffmann\u00a0has over 38 years of wide-ranging, hands on experience in transportation engineering, highway and bridge design, facilities design and construction management on major infrastructure projects in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Hoffmann has managed assignments with the US Army Corps of Engineers, MTA Metro North Railroad, New York State Department of Transportation, New York State Thruway Authority, Connecticut Department of Transportation, New York City Department of Transportation, New York City Department of Environmental Protection and others.<\/p>\n

Warren Michelsen, P.E., PTOE<\/h4>\n

Vice President \u2013 Traffic Division<\/strong><\/p>\n

With a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, Mr. Michelsen is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. With over eleven years of experience in designing and managing numerous traffic engineering projects throughout the NY\/NJ region, he also has a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) nationwide license. His experience includes traffic signal design, traffic planning, traffic impact studies, maintenance and protection of traffic, traffic control devices, value engineering, accident and safety analyses, and design of roadside appurtenances. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Institute of Transportation Engineers.<\/p>\n
